The Hoʻoponopono workshop is designed to educate our community about the importance of conflict resolution in our own personal lives, in our families and community. This systematic and organized practice of Hoʻoponopono was developed and cultivated over 1000 years ago. Its restorative process enables participants to share their pain, frustration and hurt and follow a clear process that leads to forgiveness, peace and love. Hoʻoponopono is an inclusive process that engages all parties. No matter big or small, everyone has a responsibility in setting things right. Everyone is required to pule, speak truthfully, listen, and forgive.
These are the cornerstones to achieving health and well-being.
