E ola no ke kino ~ care for your body, forge a path toward a healthy future

Hui No Ke Ola Pono, Papa Ola Lōkahi and many others will be hosting a day of relaxation and restoration on October 14, 2023 on the Great Lawn of the University of Hawai‘i Maui College from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Papa Ola Lōkahi sends its deepest aloha to the residents of Maui affected by the sweeping wildfires. We offer pule and a collection of helpful resources to stay updated and to support our ʻohana and friends on Maui. Hui No Ke Ola Pono, the Maui Native Hawaiian Health Care System, is working diligently to assist those impacted. Please send your prayers, donations, and these helpful resources to those in need.

He wahi leo mahalo kēia! Aha Hoolokahi brought advocates, partners, leaders, professionals, and community members together who are committed to uplifting the health and well-being of our lāhui. It was a successful two-day conference filled with ʻike, ʻai pono, kanikapila, and more at the UH West Oʻahu campus.

The Native Hawaiian people have a unique relationship with land and culture, deeply rooted in the concept of Kuleana. Kuleana is a Hawaiian word roughly translated as responsibility and privilege. It refers to the idea that each person has both responsibility and privilege to care for and protect the land and the community to which they belong.

Papa Ola Lokahi is seeking a full-time Program Specialist who will be working in Hawai'i with the AANHPI Center of Excellence.
